The launchd method described by FlyBoy is along the lines of what I've been wanting to do. Launchd seems perfect for building a tripwire system. I would add that UNIX tripwires generally monitor key system components, like commands in /bin and /sbin, for changes that would likely be indicative of a hack. That hint should also work for remotely printing to a Mac, running OS X. I use it from time to time to print something on my work computers from home, so that it is ready when I walk into the office. I had to modify that old hint in order to print to my work printers, as they were expecting postscript files.
Go to terminal and type
ping 192.168.1.203

Does the camera respond to ping?
Fly Boy Mac Os X
If not, find out why. !! And fix it. move the computer to the same AP as the camera uses and plug in by ethernet. then ping again.
Is the Mac running an anti-virus software. if so MacAfee ?? It can block packets in local network. Check any extra security software as it can block access.
If you still cannot get ping to respond test on other devices. see if the problem is the Mac or camera.
Once you get pings responding or they do respond.
Did you change the port from 80??
Fly Boy Mac Os Catalina
Some setups require you to port translate from the outside world to access the camera. and the two cameras must be on different ports. If you changed them then add port info to the address in the browser.
Those would be the basics.
Tell me how you go.
